New Features:

Kerb BI Module:

Introducing Kerb BI, a new Traffic Suite module. Kerb BI allows users to monitor kerbside changes via a dynamic dashboard. Successfully launched with the London Borough of Lambeth, it aids in tracking progress against goals, like their ambitious target of 25% allocation of kerbside to sustainable uses by 2030, as specified in their Kerbside Strategy. Kerb BI is adaptable to authority-specific use cases, accommodating both static and moving traffic order restrictions, along with the newly added "Assets" functionality in Mapper. 

Assets in Mapper:

Mapper now distinguishes restrictions and kerbside assets, allowing users to record elements without a Traffic Order for clearer composition. Some existing tools have been relocated, and full assets module subscribers can manage various types with customisation.

Emissions-based Tariffs:

We've revamped the tariff set area to support emissions-based tariff setups. Users can now establish bands for tariffs based on CO2 emissions, fuel type, and vehicle registration year, which can be assigned to tariff sets. 

Expansion of DXF File Import:

Building on the DXF file import functionality, users can now import a broader range of features and a greater number of layers simultaneously. This expansion allows for the comprehensive import of site plans, facilitating efficient tracing in Mapper where the OS base may not yet be up to date.

Engagement CSV Export:

The Engagement CSV (Excel) export has been enhanced to include complete address information for those submitting feedback during statutory consultation. This update streamlines the geospatial plotting of responses and enables the use of external tooling outside the Traffic Suite for letter correspondence.

Training Hub Login Integration:

Enjoy a seamless experience with the new Training Hub login integration. No longer requiring a separate password, once you log into your Traffic Suite account, you'll no longer need to enter a separate password to access the Training Hub.

Upcoming

Off-Street Module Update:

Traffic Suite is reaching a milestone, enabling users to record off-street orders in Mapper for a comprehensive record of estate parking and car park assets. In March, we start onboarding the first customers for estate parking data, with a focus on authority-owned car parks next. Interested? Reach out for a demo.

Call for Research:

We're exploring integrating support for temporary traffic orders in Mapper and sharing information with the National Street Gazetteer. Volunteers sought to share insights and experiences using Street Manager. Interested? Reach out – your input shapes Mapper's enhancements.
